Regs In A Flash app for iPhone and iPad

Regs in A Flash lets you view F-Tags, K-Tags, S&C Letters, SOM, and more.

Your Regs In A Flash subscription (available via In-App-Purchase) will automatically renew at the end of each term and you will be charged through your iTunes Account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Regs In A Flash Mobile App Subscription Service is to provide health care executives, administrators, nurses, and consultants access to current regulations that govern their continued participation in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

The U.S. Department of Health updates these regulations on a regular basis. We update the Mobile

App as regulations are released by the government. Subscribers have unlimited access to these federal regulations and support guidelines governing nursing homes, home health agencies, and hospices (F-Tags, K-Tags, G-Tags, L-Tags, etc.).

Type of Subscription Services/Subscription Fees:

Subscribers can choose a Monthly or Annual Subscription Service. Subscription service allows users complete access to all regulatory data, any revisions to regulatory data, and any new data that may be added during the subscription service period without incurring additional fees.

The current Monthly Subscription Fee is $5.99. The Annual Subscription Fee is $49.99.

Regs In A Flash reserves the right to change subscription service pricing at any time. Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days prior to any increase to allow subscribers an opportunity to terminate their subscription service. Continued use of the subscription service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes the user’s agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, when offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to our Regs In A Flash Mobile App Services.

Payments:

Payment for selected services will be charged to the user’s iTunes Account at confirmation of their purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (either monthly or annually) as selected at the time the user makes the purchase.

Subscribers may CANCEL their subscription at any time during the billing cycle by accessing their iTunes Account Setting and turning off the auto-renew button at least 24-hours BEFORE the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscription service renewal service through their iTunes Account Settings. Failure to cancel a service at the end of the billing cycle will result in automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.

Refunds:

There are no refunds for cancelled Monthly subscription services. Refunds for cancelled Annual Services will be prorated by the number of months left on the current billing cycle.

Subscribers are responsible for review of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. A HELP document has been created to guide subscribers in the use of the data. You can also access these documents on the HOME page of the Mobile App.
